Andile Malogadihlare, the founder and the head of Maloga Logistics and Projects, originally offered a shuttle service to tourists when he launched his business a few years ago.
The business was irregular and entirely reliant on tourist agencies at the time. However, his perspective shifted after attending the Socionext Start-up Activation Programme in 2022. He quotes, ‘It altered my thought process, and instead of anticipating a call, I reinvented the concept of shuttle services.’
He introduced ‘Left Trips,’ a unique concept of day trips to local tourist attractions and specialized tours of picturesque destinations in Hoedspruit and the surrounding regions of Mpumalanga Province. This innovation marked a pivotal point in his business growth.
Presently, Andile manages three employees and operates two quantum taxis to cater to his service offerings.
