After the workshop she quickly established herself as an entrepreneurial leader in her community.

Cut and Clean Chickens is an enterprise which sells fresh and frozen chicken to the local community. Her success and commitment to being an entrepreneur helped her successfully enrol into the Tholoana Enterprise Programme, nn incubation and mentoring programme run by one of our key partners, the SAB Foundation.

Through this programme Ntombi has honed her business skills and developed an acute awareness of how to properly manage and administer her business. Especially when it comes to the nitty gritty of managing her finances, Ntombi feels she has grown in leaps and bounds because of the training she received.

Her hard work has paid off. In 2019 she will be eligible to receive investment through the Tholoana Programme. Investment which she now knows how to effectively and efficiently manage.

A good thing as well, as Ntombi has a big vision for her business. She wants to secure her own land where she can breed her own chickens and own a larger stake of her supply chain.
