Tiny Mahime, is the proud owner of Phyllis Infrastructure and Maintenance, a dynamic company that offers a wide array of specialized services aimed at maintaining and enhancing buildings.

These services include meticulous painting, electrical repairs, plumbing solutions, and thorough garden clearance. Before embarking on this successful venture, Tiny managed a crop farming business that encountered significant challenges, primarily due to unpredictable weather conditions and scarce water resources, which made sustainable farming increasingly difficult.

Her journey took a transformative turn when she joined the Accelerator Programme. During her time participating in the programme, Tiny was inspired to pivot her focus, leading to the establishment of Phyllis Infrastructure and Maintenance. This strategic shift not only allowed her to explore new opportunities but also facilitated the creation of a business.

Reflecting on her experience, Tiny said, “The programme encouraged me to pursue my ambitions and embrace some risks,” highlighting the pivotal role it played in her entrepreneurial journey.

The investment grant she received was prudently invested in acquiring essential equipment and tools, which are crucial for delivering comprehensive and high-quality services.
The impact of the Accelerator programme made a profound impact on her personal life as well.

She observed, “I have made so much improvement in both my business and personal life through the programme”.

“I am inspired to always chase my dreams, thanks to Socionext.”
